Effective Date
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Legal Bridge website and associated services operated by Trident America Legal Solutions (“Legal Bridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 13. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any breach or default under these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default, nor shall any failure to enforce any provision be deemed a waiver of the right to do so later.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Legal Bridge concerning your use of the Site. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, or agreements between you and Legal Bridge, whether oral or written.

16. GDPR and DPDP Compliance
Legal Bridge is committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring transparency and accountability in how we process personal information.
